Can Anyone Place an
Order with Duckbill?
No In order to build stronger relationships
with our distribution partners, Duckbill has
instituted a policy of selling our industrial
products exclusively through our electrical
distributors, industrial distribution and safety
supply house partners. However, if you ARE interested
in purchasing one of our products, please call

to refer you to a Duckbill distributor located
near you.
Does Duckbill have
a "Minimum" Order?
Yes However, please note that these minimums
are among the lowest in the industry. In order
to maintain our high standard of customer service,
Duckbill has implemented a minimum order policy
of $100. Any orders below this minimum are subject
to a service charge of $15. Likewise, drop shipments
are subject to a $250 minimum order policy.
Drop shipments less than this minimum are subject
to a service charge of $15.
What is the Lead-time
on Most Duckbill Orders?
Many incoming Duckbill orders are custom designed
or assembled for each customer. Many other orders
involve frequent combinations of platform and
module components. On standard orders, from
order placement to order receipt, Duckbill strives
to provide the best customer service in the
industry. As part of that effort, many standard
orders that we receive before noon, Eastern
Standard Time, get shipped the next day. Custom
orders, depending on size and complexity, may
